COLUMBUS (WCMH) — – About an hour before the OSU Buckeyes won the 2019 Rose Bowl Zachary Traxler, CEO of Traxler Printing, received the phone call to go to print.
The go-ahead to begin production on about 8,000 OSU Rose Bowl t-shirts and the difference between money in the pockets of his 40 employees.
When asked what happens if the Buckeyes lose, Traxler replied, “We all go home.”
And there’s plenty of pre-call prep even after creating the 5 T-shirt designs with 12 color variations.
Sizes are sorted.
Ink is inserted.
Screens are set.
“It’s a lot of setup work that you kind of lose out on but we’re counting on them winning,” Traxler said.
